Description
The junior Java Programmer will be a part of the development team. The junior Java programmer will focus on Quality Assurance testing automation for the WEB application. This programmer will learn the QA testing framework and be responsible for creating classes/methods as well as the implementation of classes for proxy layers.The Junior Java programmer will work closely with Product Management, QA, and the Development teams. The programmer’s verbal and written communication must be clear and direct. Proactive and frequent communication is required in order to foster strong relationships among the teams.df-tc

Experience/Skills
• 2-4 years of Java programming experience• 2 years of object oriented analysis experience• User interface experience• Ability to take responsibility for projects• Ability to follow processes and standards and contribute to their development• Ability to logically disaggregate complex problems into manageable pieces• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus• Familiarity with browser DOM is a plus• QA automation experience is a plus• Rational Robot experience is a plus• Familiarity with J2EE application development is a plusCommunication/Organization—• Strong communication skills• Interpersonal skills to contribute to the success of the team• Ability to ask qualifying technical and business questions while providing an accurate analysis of the issues• Ability to transfer knowledgesend resume to:nick.mastrodimos@rht.com
