MAJOR TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with users and customer support to identify system issues. Gather information to gain an understanding of the user's job/function and the issue.
Work with system developers to define, correct and implement the solution.
Develop/maintain metrics to isolate repeat issues and work with application development team in providing a solution.
Test systems created by the development team under the guidance of senior personnel and provide documentation to support test results.

Experience/Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
6 months to 3 years experience in the Information Technology environment.
Experience developing with Microsoft's .Net Technologies, C#, and Microsoft's SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
Experience with Microsoft's SQL Reporting Services 2005.
Experience working with Microsoft's ASP (1.0, 2.0, or 3.0).
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others to achieve results.
Ability to work independently or as a team member.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Healthcare experience a plus
