Description
Programmer Analyst (junior level) needed for the Springfield, MO location. This position will analyze code in Core Director as required by research demands of the Customer Service Department. Will also generate software modifications as necessary to address software defects. Within specialty, analyze and review custom development requests, generate CWR work orders, and complete approved CWR work orders. Will be responsible for after-hours critical customer cases in a 24 hour rotation basis with peers in the department.

Experience/Skills
Successful candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a software developer or maintenance programmer with emphasis and knowledge of the banking industry.

Looking for candidate with knowledge of programming languages similar to COBOL/DIBOL-DBL for maintenance position. Good communication/interpersonal skills and timely assignment follow-through and follow-up a must, along with the ability to adapt and work with unfamiliar languages.
Pluses would include any Windows maintenance experience, Internet application development, and skill sets/familiarity with one or more of the following: C#, ASP, .NET, Java Script, and Client/Server.

Candidate should be able to multi-task, prioritize, and complete projects in a timely manner with minimal to no supervision. Polished people skills needed for interaction with development, Q/A, customer service representatives and customers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products desired. Networking experience would a be a plus. Candidate must be willing to work an irregular schedule.

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
