Job Description
Our client is seeking a System Tester for a 6-month contract position in Germantown, MD. This is an entry-level position and candidates for this position must be willing/able to work onsite in Germantown, MD.
The System Developer will ensure that the implementation of new software functionality is defect-free when released. Will ensure that business rules and requirements are implemented in the software release under test. Will ensure that there is consistency among all releases, especially description of workflow and business practices.
Qualifications:
Typically requires a college degree or technical education and up to 1 year of related experience.
Must maintain consistent accurate validation practices throughout the entire test cycle
Ability to organize and communicate test or validation results (including on-line tracking tools, such as TestDirector).
Proficiency with NT/Active Directory Administration and the Microsoft Office Software Suite
