Description
Leading financial services company searching for a junior business analyst/technical support candidate to join a winning team! This job will entail:
Administer the department's Access database for tracking system issues and reporting monthly performance metrics.
Participate in System Utilization Reviews, including data collection and analysis of current workflow and system usage, and development of business solutions.
Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate processes or improve existing system utilization.
Perform special projects as required.

Experience/Skills
Candidates must possess the following:
4 year College Degree (technical) is required, candidates will not be considered otherwise.
1-2 years of work experience in project management, technical support, or as a reporting/data analyst or other technical function.
Strong experience with Microsoft Access-advanced level with troubleshooting and understanding report capabilities.
Experience in the financial/mortgage industry a plus!
A great personality! Detail oriented and great customer service skills.
