Description
I am looking for someone that is able to resolve computer users' problems by troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues primarily via the telephone. This position supports a dealer network of 1400+ dealers via 800 number phone. This includes responding, evaluating, and prioritizing service requests in a timely manner. Must be able to provide technical assistance and resolution for both software and hardware issues. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems to determine possible solutions. Excellent customer service to dealer network at all times. A High school diploma is mandatory; Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; and three to five years related experience with hardware and software programs. Must have solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must posses sound knowledge of all PC operating systems (Win 98, 2000, ME, XP). Please submit your resume & call Sara at .df-tc
