Position Description:



Our end-client needs a Web PM, someone that has experience running a development shop.




The ideal candidates will be responsible End to End Management of our End Clients systems integration projects. Within EIS, the Client Services organization is composed of Enterprise Integration Managers (EIMs), who manage projects, application enhancements, and deliver components that identify, design, and implement technologies and creative enterprise-wide integration solutions for business.

The EIM will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships, and lead medium to Large to technology integration projects from inception through implementation and maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities:

Client relationship management, and is accountable for the project success that delivers on-time within budget Integration services.

Planning and conducting project kickoff meetings; defining project scope; facilitating technical/operational requirements; developing detailed project plans; tracking/managing projects to successful completion; communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders; providing leadership to cross-functional project teams, and maintaining project documentation.

Accountable to meet the End Clients business needs in providing qualified and trained resources on a timely basis, delivering technical estimates for new opportunities, supporting clients with subject matter experts, and demonstrating project leadership.

Conduct and/or represent Production Support at IT meetings such as Design Reviews, Change Management Meetings.

Review new software applications to ensure that they can be supported in the Integration, QA, and Production environments, and make recommendations as needed.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to set expectations and to discuss client / stakeholders responsibilities, requirements, initiatives, and concepts.

Work closely with Program Managers, Business Partners, Project Managers, Solution/Systems Architects to produce integration solutions.

Interact with Development, Deployment, Release Management, Change Management, QA, Infrastructure, and other Application Support teams for production maintenance and enhancements.

Effectively communicate to Integration Client Services organization.

Contribute to the definition, application, and execution of Integration Services processes



Skills/Experience:



Project Management 4-6 yrs

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or professional services Project Management certification a plus.

5+ years of recent experience in business process, information systems analysis, and technology consulting associated with the Integration Management domain area.

Knowledge of client management & demonstrated confidence and credibility in front of executives and clients.

Must be able to handle a number of simultaneous projects, demonstrate a sense of ownership to drive projects to completion on schedule, and be successful in a collaborative environment.

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver distributed, enterprise solutions.

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills; must be able to communicate at all levels in the organization.

Key technology experience in J2EE, .NET, Web Services, SOA, WebSphere MQ, Websphere Message Broker is a plus.

Priority will be given to candidates with healthcare experience.
