The ideal candidate will manage a project utilizing proprietary process for Project Management. They also manage supply and demand to ensure adequate resources are available and delivery commitments are met. They act as the primary interface for the business partners and the initiative. They manage timelines, status reports and statistics



Skills/Experience:



·


Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in computer sciences or engineering discipline, business, or related field


·


At least six years of proven IT experience, including exposure to all aspects of SDLC and Project Management, Systems Architecture experience is a big plus.

·


Experience with the following:
o application architectures & business continuity planning
o storage & server sub-systems
o infrastructure systems performance & capacity management
o database & application touch points with infrastructure


·


You must have technical competency in understanding technical systems, with conceptual understanding of various components, and ability to understand technically what & why, while engaging both sides of the spectrum - business/architects on one hand, and engineers/support staff on the other


·


Excellent problem resolution and data analysis skills.


·


Must know underlying concepts for web servers, database & application servers and enterprise applications. This is not a hands on role, but can be expected to login to check logs, status of projects and correlate to business events.


·


Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple IT projects and support a number of customers/internal clients


·


Must be able to present in a simplified, understandable and meaningful way to upper management


·


Strong written and verbal communications skills, including:
o Effective meeting management
o Prepare and present (PowerPoint/Visio)
o Documentation templates for various procedures when needed


·


Must be open to flexible work schedule to remain in-step with project and organizational needs as well as to provide triage support for a 7x24x365 environment


·


This position may require traveling up to 15%
