Position Description:




The ideal candidate will have excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, part of the position will require aggregating and collating data to present to executives with solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements.



Responsibilities include:



Accountable to communicate, execute and track the current program reporting process used by the sub-project activity within the MMA Program

Provide ad-hoc support to all IT Project Management Leaders as requested

Provide communication and reporting consolidation for program information required of external organizations

Accountable for program support deliverables to Program Management within a matrix organization.

Focus areas include quality delivery of deliverables to both the business and IT teams

Responsible for facilitating and documenting the program status reporting and executive briefing communications processes

Responsible for gathering and aggregating inputs as required for status reporting, analyzing inputs from sub-project lead managers, and synthesizing the overall data to provide an executive level view of a complete and concise program picture

Tracking and monitoring the status reporting process used by all sub-project tracks within the Program

PMO experience is preferred.
