Position Description:




The ideal candidate will not be a typical PM position. They will not be doing the budget and following type things that a normal PM does. This PM will be more analytical. 60% PM, 20% Business Analyst, 20% QA. Someone that has been a PM and moved into a BA role would be great.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

*Quality Management Responsibilities. Quality Management: Manage multiple projects that comprise the overall quality management program.

-Elimination of production data in test environments
-Manage test tools standard project to automate test processes
-Manage automated environments pilot for MSCC and BETS
-Data Modeling to identify critical data elements which will be used in the testing process.

*Disaster Recovery Responsibilities
-Project manage the AIMS updates, which provides the data for EE/EO, and resulting action items (e.g. SRs for changes to AIMS of which we anticipate many)
-Build out the virtual binder for DR Crisis Management (ie. contact information, call trees, protocol, and maintaining
-Maintain the overall DR Project Plan for Health Plan

*Document Retention
-Manage HP BIO effort to comply with National Compliance/ Legal directive on document retention
-Interactions normally involve controversial situations, negotiations, or influencing other senior management on quality assurance and compliance issues.
-Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain the acceptance of, others in difficult matters.





Skills/Experience:



Experience with test tools; HP Test Tool Suite

Familiar with the concepts and techniques of CMMI, ISO, and/or Six Sigma.

Mastery of Excel for data manipulations and analysis.

BASIC/MINIMUN QUALFICATIONS:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
5 years experience working in an IT Project Manager related to software development
2 years experience as a Business Analyst
2 years experience implementing software development lifecycle process improvement programs in a large IT organization.
2 years experience assessing and developing software development and quality control practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICAITONS:
Familiar with software development lifecycles and styles, e.g., RUP, agile.
Experience with SOX and HIPAA requirements as they pertain to the software development lifecycle.
