Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools. Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts and requirements as applicable to a large academic, research, and/or health care facility. Knowledge and understanding of business reporting processes and techniques. Ability to develop presentations. Knowledge of the principles of strategic business decision-making. Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Consultative skills. Skill in the use of computerized spreadsheet, relational database, and word processing software. Quality of work, attention to detail, clear and direct communications, responsiveness, sensitivity to organizational culture and adaptability to changing priorities are musts.

Job Description:



Documents reporting procedures. Writes and documents reporting queries for a variety of databases. Creates reports using Excel, Powerpoint, Access and VBA. Conducts reporting requirements interviews and documents findings. Creates and tracks action plans for small reporting projects. Creates agendas and meeting follow up documents. Supports the coordination for team meetings.
