Position Description:




The ideal candidate competence in the design and implementation of computer or database management systems, and possesses knowledge of the state-of-the-art in software/database engineering methodologies, and design techniques, as well as applicable software/database standards.






Skills/Experience:



04-06 Yrs COBOL required.


04-06 Yrs DB2 required.


01-03 Yrs CICS required.

Change Management 01-03 Yrs.



Visualage Gen (VAGen) 01-03 Yrs. is a preference.

Experience Level: 6-10 Years.

Current use of mainframe programming languages, and other bank utilities/tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of structured project methodology a must. Strong attention to detail with outstanding problem solving skills. The ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Analytical ability. Negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
