Subject Matter Expert with Public Assistance Business/IT experience to participate in the planning and research for the System Tracking of Employability Programs (STEP) and Family Alternative Diversion (FAD) Modernization Project. The STEP and FAD Modernization Project has a number of objectives including real-time exchange of data with KAMES, increased flexibility for system changes regarding components, improved up front assessment of clients, increased tracking abilities for DCBS caseworkers, and change the infrastructure from mainframe to web-based.

Experience/Skills
3 to 5 years of Subject Matter Expert experience with Public Assistance and evaluation of the current business processes and systems and the development of a comprehensive plan to implement improvements in business processes and structures. Preferred skills include knowledge of eligibility systems for business needs of the client.
