Act-1 Technical and Professional Services has a 6 month + Kana IQ Contract opportunity in Overland Park, KS.

Description:
Testing - Knowledge Management KANA IQ. Familiarity with Knowledge Management system design principles. Knowledge of testing methods and procedures as applied to Knowledge Management applications. Proficiency with KANA IQ products and
demonstrated hands-on experience in using these test tools to develop and
exercise testing cycles on several projects. Knowledge of client/server web
based application architecture principles. Must have in depth proficiency
with Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Skills Required:
Familiarity with Knowledge Management system design principles

Knowledge of testing methods and procedures as applied to Knowledge Management applications.
