The Knowledge Transfer Specialist delivers Technical Training to both train-the-trainers and train-the-users of custom software applications. Experience delivering training on Java and Oracle technologies is preferred. Other training experience coupled with work as Software Developer in a Team environment employing Java and Oracle technologies is a suitable substitution. The Knowledge Transfer Specialist is responsible for Knowledge Transfer requirements plus a wide range of instructional interactions with the client's staff including Technical Training. Activities will include curriculum design & development, classroom instruction, simulation training and one-on-one mentoring in a variety of technical areas, including programming, tools utilization, systems administration, and architecture. The Knowledge Transfer Specialist must be able to learn new skills and technologies including the @Vantage Framework and V.I.P. Applications, work independently, think creatively and solve problems as they arise. All other duties as assigned.
