Kronos Senior Business Process Analyst

Support Human Resources, Finance and Payroll through the Global Systems support structure. Specific areas of responsibility are to provide global solutions and support to meet the requirements of Boston Scientific. Position will primarily support the Kronos Workforce Central suite of solutions. Position level dependent on experience and skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the process of identifying, diagnosing and solving existing process and system issues.
  • Serve as technical resource responsible for one or more production applications, providing day-to-day management, upgrades, bug fixes, enhancements, interfaces.
  • Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and establishing effective and efficient business practices.
  • Design, build, modify, test and implement new business application modules and releases.
  • Create and maintain consistent and thorough documentation of all processes and procedures for supported applications. Documentation should include architecture, requirement, configuration, design and patch logs.
  • Work with the HR, Finance and Operation functional areas to assist in the systems enhancement process.
  • Participate in future roll-outs of business applications to new sites/areas.
  • Build collaborative relationships with other supporting IT services (data center, networking, security).
  • Promote regular cross-training on key production support aspects of their application; including backup/recovery/archiving, job scheduling and monitoring, performance management, upgrades and patches, etc.

    Qualifacations
  • 5+ years of business process experience.
  • Ability to transform the analysis of business requirement specifications, measurements, data mappings, policies, business procedures, etc into technical solutions.
  • Kronos experience in an analyst role required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
  • Ability to work with both business and technical community alike.
  • Working Knowledge of SQL and query tools such as TOAD.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.df-tc
