Our client has an immediate opening for a Kronos Consultant to work a contract project in Nashville, TN.

The candidate should have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong knowledge of Kronos Technical and Application Architecture
  • Strong implementation experience with Kronos Work Force Central, 5.x
  • Strong knowledge of WFC Data Models
  • Strong experience with Workforce Connect
  • Files and Folder Structure of Workforce Connect
  • Workforce Connect Runtime Utility
  • Variables and Calculations
  • Lookup Tables
  • Kronos Sources and Outputs
  • Processing Order of Workforce Connect
  • Multi Step Interfaces
  • Batch Processing for Output files
  • Imports
  • Exceptional SQL skills
  • Experience implementing Kronos in Hong Kong or the Philippines a plus
Experience Configuring:
  • Labor Levels
  • Labor Accounts
  • Pay Codes
  • Work Rules
  • Holiday and Overtime Rules
  • Wage Calculations
  • Access Profiles
  • Display Profiles
  • Accruals
  • Accrual Profiles
  • Strong familiarity with Kronos API and XML
  • Configuring, Initialize, and Update Terminals
  • Configure, Troubleshoot Pay Code Edits, Totals, Account and Job Transfers
  • Create and Troubleshoot HyperFind Queries
  • Create and Troubleshoot Genies
  • Create and Troubleshoot Report Engines and Reports
