* Deskside visits, installation, patch management and troubleshooting of laboratory PCs, computer peripherals and instruments in M1, M3A, M3B, M4 in Analytical Sciences Department labs.* Installation and support of lab specific software in M1, M3A, M3B, and M4, Analytical Sciences Department labs.* Assist Software Validation Department specialists in validation processes and establishing security system on validated workstations according 21CFR Part 11 of lab instruments in M1, M3A, M3B, M3C, M4 and M12 in all labs except for Analytical Sciences Department.* TechRefresh computers with expired warranty in M1, M3A, M3B and M4 in Analytical Sciences Department labs.* Consult users and provide research in the process of buying new instruments for Analytical Sciences Department. Conducting technical and economical feasibility assessments.* Assist vendor's engineers during setup of the new laboratory equipment in M1, M3A, M3B and M4 in Analytical Sciences Department labs. * Computer equipment moves and asset management in M1, M3A, M3B and M4 in Analytical Sciences Department labs. * Participated in the implementation of Validated Waters LAC/E32 Acquisition Servers (Empower) into the lab environment. (Installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting).* Adopted third party tools for use in the lab such as remote execution software for fast and efficient patch installations.* Introduced new and existing technologies, methodologies and tools into the lab environment such as PsTools and WOL (Wake on LAN).
