Position Requirements include: * Bachelor's Degree and three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. *MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) certification. * Experience with: Windows 2000 Domain, Lotus Notes, XP Desktop, PDA Support, CA Unicenter lifecycle management. * Demonstrated customer service and LAN troubleshooting skills and experience. * Clear written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will work as part of our Network Solutions team, providing exceptional customer service. Will provide user support in different environments throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area. Duties also include backups and restores of client data.
