Description
SUMMARY: Responsible for configuration, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring, and development of specialized procedures relating to the use of the LAN. Evaluates and/or selects new products/services, comprehensive systems analysis and progressive support methodologies for all LAN applications.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems. Two additional years of experience may be substituted for each missing year of education.

Four years experience supporting business platforms, systems, databases and networks; complex system-level troubleshooting experience with Unix, Microsoft NT, and NetWare.

Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently.df-tc
