Description
To provide Computer Server support for employees to include, but not limited to, all Server installed Hardware and Software, Security, Network connectivity and Data Management. To provide reports on research of new technologies as assigned. To provide documentation on procedures as assigned. To provide reports on assigned projects.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required - Software - Candidate will have proficient knowledge of Novell Netware 5X, Windows NT4 Server and Enterprise Server, Windows 2000/2003 Server and the services therein (NDS, ZEN, NAL, DHCP, WINS, Active Directory, IIS, terminal Server, etc.), Server Backups and Scripting. Must have Knowledge of Server administration and security. Knowledge and troubleshooting of TCP/IP is required. Hardware - Candidate will have knowledge and experience with Server Class HW, Raid Level configurations and using spares, Fibre Channel, Drive Arrays, Rack Mounts, KVM's, and Tape Libraries. Also PC compatible hardware and peripherals, network cards, network printers and other LAN connected devices. Candidate must have excellent customer service, leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
