This candidate will help with the implementation of SAP. Candidate will architect strategic global direction, planning, and management of all Systems, Applications, Processes (SAP) security activities required by business and SAP technical support members. Develop skills/confidence/experience of less-senior members through mentoring. Develop and implement SAP security best practice strategies. Architect and design secure business solutions. Responsible for developing, testing, and implementing security roles for installed SAP systems. Areas included are Human Resources, Finance, business warehouse, workflow, and Manufacturing. Design and implement comprehensive SAP security program of operational technology that supports standards and procedures across all environments. Design and implement program of consistent proactive security auditing and monitoring for all environments. Responsible for continuing security support of all SAP environments for corporation, including user maintenance, development, testing support, incident monitoring, trouble shooting and 24/7 on-call support.df-tc

Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent.
2) SAP Security certification.
3) 4 years direct experience administrating SAP security in applications (i.e., Solution Manager, SAP Basis, Portal, Business Information Warehouse [BW], or Exchange Infrastructure [XI]), including experience with "hands on" installation and maintenance of same.
4) Deep knowledge in SAP security strategies and implementation.
5) Knowledge of security design, implementation, and on-going support of Solution Manager, Portal (Java Stack), Error Correcting Code (ECC), Business Intelligence (BI), and XI.
6) Competency as team leader and all aspects of employee management.
7) Strong project management skills.
8) Must work well in team environment; able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
9) Excellent communication skills with ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
