Description
Well known chemical Co. is seeking an LMS Administrator. This role would also provide local support to the transitioning from one project to the Learning Management System. THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION (one year) basically back-filling for the current employee who is working on a global project.

Accountabilities:
Manage Learning Management System("Active Learner and Evaluation Center") to include:
+Input training history.
+Add/modify Employees, Jobs, Course Groups, Courses, Classes.
+Connect Courses to "Evaluation Center (EC) Programs Manage "Active Learner" Reporting through MS Access
Manage ancillary databases. e.g.
from Questionnaires to Procedures

Pulling completions from other sources. e.g.
+ ISIP (Information Security)
+ Integrity Interactive
+ Grow Computer Based Learning (CBL)

Company is transitioning from current electronic Learning Management System ("Active Learner") to new Global LMS.

Also in this Administrator role will also support as requested local transition needs including serving as conduit and facilitator to learning course rationalization efforts.
In addition, during the months of December and January(approx), it is expected that this role would pick up some additional administrative duties covering "special leave" for department "Document Control Coordinator."

Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred but not required.

Key Competences required:
Microsoft Access 2000 Tables (key focus on relations), Queries, Macros, Modules
Microsoft Excel 2000 Spreadsheet, Graphs
Minor VB Script
Understanding Learning Management Systems a plus!
