Description
Logistics Managers serve as advocates for the operations, product support, help desk, and other delivery channel organizations. They ensure a smooth transition for software development to production. They coordinate between development teams and operations/support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and uneventful deployment of software and infrastructure changes for our customers.

Required Skills/Experience/Education:
BS in computer Science or related field
3+ years experience in project management, software deployment, and/or software development
Understanding of Software Development environments and tools
Strong Project and Task Management skills
High capability to multi-task effectively
Strong skills in the areas of negotiations, time management, organization, verbal/written skills
Experience collaborating with software development and data center operations teams to understand and meet the needs of stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Facilitation skills
Technical aptitude to understand software applications and related technology

Desired Skills/Experience/Certifications:
MS in computer science or related field
5+ years experience in Project Management and/or software deployment
PMP certification
CMMI certification
