Functional Description:
? Specialist in analyzing how changes in the program may effect contract requirements
? Tracking and monitoring of contract requirements and deliverables
? Responsible for notifying the QA Training Manager, ACS leaderships of these issues as they arise
? Compares contract requirements to ACS deliverables and performance and provides feedback on deficiencies to the QA Training Manager Review and monitor all required deliverables outlined in RFP, including completeness, accuracy, correct format, and timeliness; ensure all activities occur as specified in the contract; alert account management to existing or potential areas of concern
? Provide information to all managers about their accountabilities with regard to contract activities, reports, and other deliverables
? Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process
? Perform other duties as assigned by management staff

Education and Typical Years Experience
? Bachelor degree required; relevant experience can be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis
? Two years of operations experience in contract compliance and/or operations analysis

Special Requirements
· Working knowledge of and experience in:
¨ Bureau of Health Services Financing (BHSF)
¨ Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH)
¨ Office of Aging and Adult Services (OAAS)
¨ Special Needs Case Management and Extended Home Health Services
¨ Home and Community based waiver services
¨ Personal care services
¨ Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database software
· Excellent, proven skills in:
¨ Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with company management and the public
¨ Business process improvement
¨ Written, verbal, and presentational interpersonal communications
¨ Task and project organization
¨ Word processing and computer applications
¨ Situational and organizational analysis
¨ Customer relations and service
· Strong, demonstrated ability to:
¨ Take charge of project tasks and administration with minimal instruction and supervision
¨ Simultaneously handle multiple priorities, tasks and deadlines
¨ Detail oriented
¨ Maintain strict confidentiality
¨ Remain flexible and composed under pressure
