Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This position is responsible for purchasing, receiving system components; building, testing and debugging subsystems; preparation and delivery, assembly and testing of the final system. The position requires hands on skills in a laboratory environment assembling systems, as well as significant time in the field at installation sites (residential and commercial) providing installation, debug and maintenance support. The Technician will ensure that documentation updates are properly reflected and maintained with all field adjustments to the design during implementation; provide service and support for production systems, including routine maintenance, diagnostics, performance monitoring, troubling shooting and repair; open trouble tickets, maintains maintenance logs, and engage engineers and outside consultants as required.
