Description
Responsibilities

Building/soldering boards, performing IC characterization and performance evaluations in a lab environment. Problem solving and debugging of evaluation designs and IC behavior. Modification and development of tools and software as necessary to complete evaluation. Ensuring engineering samples are built on time and to specifications. Supporting design engineers, application engineers, and product engineering

Qualifications

Electronics Technician's Diploma or an Associates Degree in Electronics, and/or the equivalent in work-related experiences
5 + years experience working in an IC lab environment, preferably with Power Supplies and Buck Switching Regulators. Knowledge of laboratory equipment, procedures, and practices is required. Proficient in ATE Software programming, Labview and Visual Studio preferred. Superior proficiency in soldering extremely small surface-mounted devices
