For this position, you will bring your experience as a Test Engineer to this world-renowned software company!


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Escalating networking issues and imaging system outages
  • Performing basic configuration changes to lab network equipment
  • Solving networking issues
  • Performing system reboots
  • Staging new server builds/rebuilds
  • Performing client/server side network troubleshooting and break/fix
  • Installing required IPAKs, security patches, and supported software
  • Performing server imaging/server build-out on new server builds and rebuilds
  • Racking and un-racking networking gear and associated hardware
  • Performing server hardware configuration changes, server moves, server re-homes, and server decommissions
  • Troubleshooting server hardware failures
  • Scanning and monitoring datacenter environments for hardware failures
  • Managing, receiving, servicing, and resolving or escalating all assigned tickets

Experience/Skills
  • 1+ years related work experience
  • Experience troubleshooting networks, operating systems, software, hardware, and servers
  • Experience with server builds and configuration
  • Experience with trouble-tickets
  • Experience with WTT is a plus
