Technical expertise in High Speed Internet Skills: Connectivity (Broadband) - Working knowledge of personal computers and software: Windows 9.X/ME/2000/XP, MS Office, E-Mail Clients (Outlook, Windows Messaging), Remote access products (Laplink, Netmeeting. - Basic understanding of windows peer-to-peer networking including configuration of TCP/IP. - Good problem determination skills and ability to identify key issues and relationships and develop appropriate course of action. - Good oral and written skills with the ability to clearly and concisely document calls and resolutions. - Positive customer service attitude. - Must enjoy working in a team environment.
