Description
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates to work on a large-scale enterprise solution featuring SAP R/3, APO, GTS, and BW from SAP AG and SQL Server, Windows .NET Server, and Exchange for the biggest name in the software industry.

The individual hired for this position will be the SAP subject matter expert for Supply Chain processes implemented on SAP. As part of the SAP Supply Chain Management team, the individual will focus on the Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) modules of ERP Central (ECC 6.0) as well as all related infrastructure that enable corporate ecommerce exchanges with customers and vendors. This individual will be responsible for supporting the order to cash process for the Online Commerce Platform and Business Online Incubation Services businesses.

Core Job Responsibilities:
  • Delivering excellent service and support to internal customers and partners
  • Implementing SAP Supply Chain Solutions as part of the quarterly release process
    • Review Business Requirements Documentation
    • Participate in design reviews
    • Create functional specifications
    • Review technical specifications and test plans
  • Ensuring that successful facilitation of this process equals realistic and practical changes to the SAP environment while meeting the business requirements
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships with local and regional Business partner teams to deliver solutions to the business
  • Developing strong collaborative relationships with local and regional SAP ABAP development, support and test team to evaluate and implement new functionality on a quarterly basis

Experience/Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in SAP (including configuration) and program analysis and program management for large enterprise systems
  • Primary functional experience in SAP R/3 SD and MM
  • Secondary functional experience in SAP R/3 FI/CO, FI/AP, FI/AR, FI/AM
  • Program management skills: projects, processes, service, and technology decisions
  • Excellent Customer Service, including written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of software lifecycle methodology and information systems development and support
  • Expertise of the following in SAP: Order to Cash process, Order and Billing Configuration, SAP Script Outputs
  • Ability to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Strong problem resolution and analysis skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field preferred
