Our client in Norwood has an immediate need for a Help Desk Support consultant. Are you a Night Owl?! This job is for you....11pm - 7:30 am - Tuesday - Saturday. This is a long term contract - minimum 6 months. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 1 year of experience. This position will involve basic Help Desk Support. - Answering inbound calls from the end users - worldwide.- Monitor back end jobs - including the systems for reports (Instructions will be provided for the specifics)- Resetting passwords- Tracking all Help Desk Requests in the ticketing system - Remedy.- Answering email questions (Outlook)
