Description
This Administrator will serve as a liason to internal customers and provide support for systems and/or business requirements. Will also analyze and research new or existing products; systems; procedures and/or work-flow needs, as well as recommending solutions/actions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Interview customers for requirements, identify business needs/problems, and determines systems or business solutions.
* Serves on project teams and performs specific project assignments such as cost estimates, resource requirements, and planning time lines
* Drafts scope documents, customer requirements and definitions using standard documentation; obtains management, customer and/or project leader concurrence
* Leads assigned individual projects that include project plans, cost estimates and time lines that require minimal interfaces and limited business risk, scope, and impact
* Develops test data, executes testing, documents results, coordinates/maintains simulated production environment
* Participates in inspection/audits, conducts ontrol evaluations, analyzes testing criteria for specification compliance
* Develops, edits, maintains, publishes and distributes user guides and processing related workflow documentation

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in related discipline, and Two years relevant experience or Master's Degree in related technical discipline or Six years relevant experience without college degree.
* Minimum Two years experience supporting enterprise software packages
* Demonstrated experience maintaining ERP systems administration
* Proficiency with various software applications applications including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel
* Familiarity with Two or more of the following: systems concepts, tools and products; programming languages; product terminology and processes; regulatory and compliance issues


The ideal candidate must have demonstrated ERP systems administration experience and a demonstrated working knowledge of and ability to optimize the system environment.df-tc
