Description
We have a permanent position available for a Lawson Financial Team Leader - Analyst/Specialist/Administrator for a client located in Tampa, Florida.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Must have at least 2+ years current experience as a Lawson HRIS analyst/specialist/administrator within a large corporation.
*Must be very familiar with all Human Resources functions including: payroll, benefits, compensation, budgets, employment laws, wages and salary; (Lawson, Kronos, Peoplesoft or ADP.)
*Must have a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of Lawson HRIS systems, report generation functions, strategies and best practices.
*Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate oral, written, listening and presentation skills.
*Experience in a health care environment preferred.
*Bilingual skills are preferred.

Description
Organize and manage the activities of the Lawson HRIS system within a very busy Human Resources department supporting over 200 employees.
