Description
Position Description: Maintain and support Lawson applications and associated interfaces: to and from ERP system, external benefit providers and financial institutions. Work with users to define new requirements to streamline existing processes and procedures.

Provide second-tier support for Kronos time keeping system. Position requires effective and timely communication with users.




Experience/Skills
Primary Requirements: The following skills/knowledge are required:
- Exceptional rapport with users
- Ability to communicate timely and effectively, verbally and written
- Lawson 8.0.3 (HP Unix platform), LID user interface
- Hands on experience supporting and maintaining the following Lawson modules: AP, AR, GL, PO, HR, Payroll, Benefits, including vendor ACH processing
- BSI Tax
- Essbase/Essbase Excel Add-In
- Oracle: SQL Scripting, Stored Procedures
- Microfocus Cobol
- Kronos Workforce Central v. 5
- Participate in daily and after hours support. On-call rotation every other week (after hours calls are the exception, not the rule).

Secondary Requirements: Crystal Reports, Lawson Add-Ins, EDI transaction integration (e.g. 810 invoice processing), Activity Management, Lawson Report Writer, Portal, Lawson installation, upgrade, patch management and system administration a plus.
