Lawson HR/PR Implementation Analyst responsibilities will include
analysis, design and implementation of a standard HR/Payroll system. The selected candidate will focus on Lawson Time Accrual, Employee Groups and Benefits functionality with support to HR, Personnel Administration and Employee/Manager Self Service functions.

Specific tasks will include business needs analysis, design to system
standards, system build, data conversion, supporting interface
development, supporting report development, coordinating system and user
test & training, and providing implementation documentation. The
candidate selected will assist end-user communities across all regions
to successfully adopt new system processes and standards.

Requires in depth knowledge of Lawson HR and Payroll information
systems, particularly experience in setup and operation of Time Accrual
Plans, Employee Groups and Benefit Plans.

Knowledge of ADP Enterprise or PeopleSoft HR /Payroll systems is a plus.
Healthcare experience required.

The position will require travel between the various regions where implementation activities require on-site discovery, analyses and end-user coordination. This may require up to 50% travel during peak times of the project.
