Description:This position will have responsibility for leading the interface and integration work for a Lawson Financials and Human Capital Management implementation project. The person in this position will lead resources from multiple I.T. groups as a part of the team implementing Lawson solutions over the next 12 to 18 months. Performing the duties of this position will require the coordination of I.T. resources and customer personnel across the organization, which will place a premium on planning and communication skills.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Business Administration or other related filed, or equivalent work experience.Qualifications: * 7 years project management experience. * 5 years experience in managing complex projects with sophisticated interface and integration components. * Experience with Lawson ERP implementation is a plus. * Working knowledge of systems development life cycle and use of structured methodologies and techniques. * Proven experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities. * Experience working in a team environment and yet able to work in an independent fashion. * Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. * Insurance industry experience in life, health, and annuity a plus.Working Conditions:Certain portions of the project could require two to three days of travel per week to locations in Oklahoma City, Waco, and Birmingham.df-tc
