The Creative Group in Atlanta is searching for a highly motivated, reliable and talented Designer for a temp to hire role in Atlanta. Our client is a privately held design agency that specializes in print and interactive design. This is an immediate opening for a Designer with experience across multiple media including, presentations, multimedia, print and HTML. Proven organizational, analytical, communication, multi-tasking and self-starting capabilities are also requirements for meeting the demands of this position. A team player with the ability to see a job through completion. Skills required include strong eye for design, attention to detail, personal maturity, and a team mentality. This position requires you to work on-site in our office in Atlanta.REQUIREMENTS • A sense of humor • Ability to create and develop new and unique ideas. This may include working with a design team or working independently. • Using various computer programs to generate final projects for client deliverables; Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and PowerPoint skills.• Modifying, revising and editing projects as required by the creative services team • Staying within timelines and deadlines for completion dates for projects. This requires good time management and organizational skills. • Self motivated, pride of ownership, outgoing personality and passion for design and simplicity will round off your skill set and make you an ideal addition to our team.• Additional experience with FLASH and other communication design tools will add significantly to your candidacy for this position. • Speed— the ability to balance accuracy with rigid deadlines.• Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.• Highly organized, self-directed and able to work with multiple projects• Excellent team communication skills, and the ability to effectively document design work.To be considered for this position, upload your resume and samples at www.creativegroup.com.
