Job Summary: The Lead Administrator SAP SCM is accountable for maintaining and modifying all processes supporting the SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) system (including design, configuration, testing and deployment) to ensure the system functions efficiently and accurately to meet system requirements, customer needs and deliver SAP solutions.

Responsibilities: As the Lead Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact with Supply Chain business resources to gather, refine and prioritize business requirements. You will be responsible for developing high quality solutions based on Functional Design documents. You will perform system customization and configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality. You will be responsible for the development of the Technical Design Documents, for reviewing unit test plans and for ensuring that all requirements have been met. You will review integration test plans and perform integration testing to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality. You will organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the Supply Chain Department to resolve issues and determine the best solution to help resolve customer problems and satisfy customer requirements. You will analyze current business processes, make recommendations and identify SAP solution possibilities and discuss with the business. Additionally, you will assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, functional specifications and test scenarios.

Education/Experience: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or have commensurate experience. You must have 5 or more years of IS work experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SCM modules: SD, LE, MM-IM, MM-PUR, PP-SOP, PP-MRP. You must have expert knowledge in designing, configuring, testing and deploying. You must have experience implementing and supporting a productive SAP environment. Familiarity with SOX, GxP and structured change control procedures is desired.. System documentation, procedure writing skills and relevant Pharmaceutical industry experience are also highly desired.df-tc
