Description
Im conducting a search on behalf of my client a major insurance company in NYC for a Lotus Lead Application Developer-Messaging solutions. This is a fulltime opportunity with a slary range of $70,000-90,000, plus bonus and benefits;

Act as a lead application developer for all messaging solutions applications, including Lotus Notes / Domino, Sametime, and Blackberry.
- Determine software application requirements with client
- Full software life cycle / design, develop, test, document, support, and maintain suite of custom Lotus Notes / Domino applications
- Develop and test databases, scripts and programs - maintain / modify existing applications
- Support client in the effective use of Lotus Notes technologies in the environment
- Develop applications with Web interfaces
- Maintain Corporate Compliance standards
- Troubleshoot and solve application problems
- Project Assignments
- Maintain existing Lotus Notes Applications
o Help Desk Support
o Lotus Notes / Domino
o Blackberry
o SameTime
o Good written and verbal communication skills
o Strong analytical, design and communications skills essential

o Windows 2003 operating system
o Local area networks and distributed computing environments
o Bachelor-s degree in CS, MIS or related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in database application development
o IBM/Lotus CLP certification preferred
o 5+ Years Developing Lotus NOTES Domino Applications
o 2+ Years Developing Lotus NOTES Domino Web Applications
o Strong experience with LotusScript and JavaScript
