We have an immediate need for a Lead Application Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Years Experience 3-5 years

Description Works with the Application Architect to implement the technical design of a solution. Creates Technical design documents.

Creates (with the PM) detailed technical work plan. Provides direction for other designers and/or developers.

Proficient in the following: VB6, C# ,NET ASP, ASP. NET, Java. Ability to apply solution delivery best practices and mentor other project team members. Ability to make technically sound decisions and disposition technical issues at the rate required to meet project schedule and objectives.

Strong communication skills.

Experience with OO Modeling, OO Design, UML, XML, XSLT, Messaging and Web Services, ETL and data hubs. Experience with application integration and vendor application implementation.
