Our client is the largest privately held provider of information system products and services to the long-term care industry. As the Business Analyst Team Lead you will manage the BA team across all product lines. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching business analyst team members, implementing processes to support a strong software development methodology, developing and implementing best practices in writing software requirements and working in a cross functional team environment. Our client needs someone who is a good interviewer, asks good questions to gather all the requirements and write good specs.

Requirements:

5+ years in software development in a lead position with an emphasis on defining technology solutions for business problems, proven success in implementing best practices in a Business Analyst team, excellent communication and organizational skills, and general knowledge of the LTC industry, particularly financial. Some travel to Dallas (perhaps once a quarter) will be required.
