As a member of the Global Wealth Management Team, the Business Lead will work with various solution and product groups in defining and building the functional requirements to support SEI's technical platforms (client, intermediary and operational) and processes. The role will also include the definition of SEI's Enterprise Architecture and integration with SEI's (and other vendors') back office processing.
These platforms and processes include:
1)Client platform: the technology and business processes that support SEI business units
2)Intermediary platform: the technology and business processes that support SEI's intermediaries (advisors, enterprise and bank)
3)Operational platform: the technology and business processes that supports SEI's middle office operational unit
4)Relationship management collaboration: any process and technology that allows the interaction between the different interested parties using SEI's platforms (operations, intermediary, relationship management and end-investor)
5)Enterprise Architecture: the databases, workflow, rules engines and business components that constitute SEI's leveraged Enterprise Architecture.
5)Integration to back office processing systems (SEI's and others)
6)Integration of third party portfolio management and analytic systems.
This position is for the financial transactions team which supports the platform's ability to provide order initiation, executed trade processing, program trading, security and currency trading, movements and settlement across both domestic and global markets.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsibilities are varied depending upon business group but include: working with business and technical units to troubleshoot performance issues, work with solutions and product groups to define and build functional requirements for various technical platforms (client, intermediary and operational).
- Help define enterprise architecture and integration with back office processing.df-tc


Experience/Skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in supporting complex application development/implementation/integration initiatives in leadership positions.
- Only candidates with a background in financial services, specifically in investment management and trade date accounting in both domestic and global investment processing domains will be considered.
- The candidates also need to have a proven track record of leading a team of business analysts.
- Exposure to the following specific areas is required: Asset Allocation, Rebalancing to a target allocation, Programmatic Trading, Order Initiation, Executed Order Processing, Securities settlement, FX (foreign exchange )Trading and settlement, Currency movements and settlement.
- Experience with global & domestic payment systems - (SWIFT, CHAPS, BACS, TARGET, ACH, Wire, etc) will be an added advantage.
- A working knowledge of global and domestic security industry legal, regulatory and operating standards/protocols a plus.
- Applicants must have extensive experience writing functional specs and Use Cases.
