LEAD CAD ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities: Support cadence design tools within an analog mixed-signal product development team, introducing new CAE and process technology capabilities for multiple Process Design Kits.

Support Cadence schematic capture, simulation, and physical design in a high performance analog mixed-signal product development team environment. Tool support includes Spectre, UltraSim, Assura DRC/LVS and VXL. Responsibilities also include Skill code and software script development to enhance IC design productivity, p-cell device creation, and tool technology files development for bipolar and power MOS technologies in multiple Process Design Kits.

Education required: BSEE or BS in semiconductor physics

Experience Required: 3-10 years of CAE development and design support experience directly supporting a analog mixed-signal design team with proven product development success. Direct experience with DRC/LVS runfile development and automated layout support.df-tc
