Description
A creative computer game developer with the backing of a formidable organisation is looking for a full time lead designer who demonstrates vision and creativity, to work on new IP and existing action/RPG franchises.

You will contribute directly to the design of the game, and will be considered as a partner in delivering the franchise. You will work closely with the studio Executive, working to bring the vision to its conclusion, as well as communicating with the team on the design vision.

You will hold a great deal of responsibility in managing and supporting the design team, to ensure each person is reaching their potential .Along with ensuring production efficiency, while supporting and collaborating with the other groups all the way through to the end stages of development and testing .

To apply:

You will have completed at least 1 major triple A title.

You will be an effective listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will have organisational skills at both strategic and project levels.
