Job Description:
Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Developer/Team Lead for our client, a leading financial institution, in their Finance and Accounting group. This team supports Commission Accounting and is responsible for posting the firms sales revenue to global GL's (general ledger). This business is also responsible for other action items including, but not limited to, monthly sub-ledger reconciliation for business unit controllers. This is a Full time opportunity located in Jersey City, NJ.

As the team lead, you will be expected to program as well as gather requirements, divide work amongst team, over-see junior team members and their work, QA/unit testing etc.

Experience:

Required Experience/Skills:
  • ASP (classic).
  • Sybase.
  • SQL and stored procedures.
  • OO programming and methodology.
  • Accounting and GL support for financial services.
  • BA/BS degrees.
