Description
Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Application Developer with Epic background for a 6 month contract position in the Silver Spring, MD area. This project is scheduled to begin 8/30/04.

**Note..W2; no 3rd parties..US Citizen/Green Card Holder only.
**Candidates within commuting distance are STRONGLY preferred.
**The candidate MUST have experience with Epic's suite of products.

Our client is in the process of setting up a dedicated team for support function.
A Lead Developer is needed to manage a team of 5 Support Analysts.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Minimum of 4 years performing in a Lead role for application development, ideally in a support environment and for a healthcare company.
Must have at least 6 years development experience.
Must have experience with one of Epic's suite of products.
Experience with MUMPS and/or Cache application programming also required.
Project management experience is also required - will be responsible for scheduling activities, assigning resources, and reporting status to the ASM Manager and the project team.
Must be a team player, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as, good people management.
