Our direct client in Connecticut has a long term contract for a .Net Technical Lead. Excellent written and verbal communication skills A MUST! Project is expected to last until the end of the year.This will be a key position in the project as the application development lead and will be expected to provide both technical and mentorship within the team. As such, the candidate will be expected to have the skills and ability to know, to do and to mentor.

Requirements:

The key requirements for this position include: - Demonstrated track record in development of complex client-server and/or multi-tier applications with MS.Net Framework - In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft .Net Framework and associated languages and support facilities (C#, ADO.Net, ASP.Net)- Proven track record in the role as technology expert involving Service Oriented Architecture and Rational Unified Process- Strong knowledge and demonstrated track record from Use Case realizations to application deployment- Strong knowledge and demonstrated track record in the development of Object Oriented / Web Services based applications with Web clients and Smart Clients- Strong applications based knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server Database Management Systems- Demonstrated ability working in a fast pace software development environment Contact: Mike PotenzaRecruiting ManagerPhone: (201) 995-0214 ext.13Fax: (201)
