Description
Group lead of RFIC design (the group will be 6 and growing). Dynamic personality needed. RFIC is really the key even though there are analog and mixed signal components in clients products.



Experience/Skills
Knowledge of RFIC designs below 2GHz, silicon, shipping volumes of 500k-1m per month... Knowledge of Mixers, VGA's, VCO's, PLL's, and Oscillators used in modern wireless communication transceivers. Simulating IIP2 & 3 distortion, gain, frequency response etc. Developing production ready circuits, careful corner analysis & Monte Carlo. Familiar with precise analog layout theory & layout experience. Capable of making power, die area, and performance trade offs.

Other desired skills:
