Lead Functional/Technical Analyst - PEOPLESOFT

CRI is looking for consultant that will be part of a core PeopleSoft team on the development side that is made up of analysts with both functional and technical competencies. We are looking for leads, point of contacts, and drivers who have background in functional analysis, development and leadership to work on functional needs of the business units, managers, users and translate them into technical specifications. Successful collaboration with all parties is integral to the success of the role. They include business units, managers, end users, team members, analysts, developers, project managers. This is an enterprise effort including over 100 thousand end users and is expected to be a long term engagement.

Responsibilities:
? Design, develop and test application modifications to optimize the PeopleSoft HCM applications
????Facilitate and at times lead efforts with business users, functional analysts, coders
? Troubleshoot PeopleSoft HCM production issues as necessary
? Participate in the implementation of additional modules in PeopleSoft HCM
? Analyze and install PeopleSoft updates, fixes and bundles
? Develop conversion programs to incorporate new acquisitions

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree
? Minimum 5 years experience implementing/supporting PeopleSoft
? Previous experience implementing/supporting PeopleSoft HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor 8.8
? 3-5 years of experience with PeopleTools 8.x, SQR and Crystal Reports
? Strong Application Engine skills
? Prior experience with PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (web servers, application servers and Process Schedulers)
? Experience interfacing from PeopleSoft to legacy payroll
? Strong problem solving and documentation skills
? Ability to understand business requirements and work with functional community to create systems requirements
? Proven ability to effectively manage tasks and activities
? Previous experience in the retail field is idealdf-tc
