Description
Looking for a Lead Multimedia Designer/Developer in a Research and Development project to incorporate streaming video as part of a Blended Learning Initiative at the US Joint Forces Commands (USJFCOM) Joint Warfighting Center (JWFC) in Suffolk , VA. Lead the production of video and podcasting. Perform video editing, formatting, encoding and compression for broadcast, video podcast, streaming (via Flash Media Streaming Server 2) and Web platforms. Design and produce interfaces for network based delivery of video. Suggest equipment needs, hardware, and software. Responsible for Section 508 and SCORM compliance for all media produced.

Experience and Knowledge:
Active Clearance
Web programming (very familiar with Flash, with Actionscript and Flex
Video editing using Adobe Premier, and/or Avid
Plus for the understanding of Network Architecture
